Entree: Gratin of two types of asparagus and scallops
A spring-like appetizer that lets you enjoy the different textures and sweetness of green and white asparagus.The savory flavor of the perfectly grilled scallops, combined with the rich sauce, enhances the taste of the ingredients.
Poisson: Sea bream and sakura shrimp wrapped in potato with cherry blossom butter sauce.
The plump sea bream is combined with the fragrant aroma of sakura shrimp and the gentle sweetness of potatoes, and then baked in a foil packet to lock in the flavor.The rich cherry blossom-scented butter sauce gently brings everything together.
Viande: Triangle steak (a rare cut of meat) with new onion Chaliapin sauce
